Childhood
The one who felt little
Growing up, I always felt little. Confidence, ease in a room, the sense of belonging that seemed to come naturally to others — I did not have it. It was the quiet beginning of a story I would spend years unlearning.
About Akshita Sanghvi
I’m Akshita Sanghvi, a Chartered Accountant turned Life and Relationship Coach, International Speaker and Author. If you’re looking for relationship counselling in Mumbai, my live, small-group coaching helps ambitious single women understand old dating patterns, strengthen self-worth, and build readiness for secure love. My work is exclusively for single women—not couples.

Her story
Hi, I am Akshita — co-founder of Mind Your Love. If you are here, there is a good chance some part of you is quietly asking a question you have never said out loud: is the love I want actually possible for someone like me? I know that question intimately, because I asked it about myself for most of my life.
Chapter one · feeling little
For as long as I can remember, I felt little — not literally, but the confidence, the ease other people seemed to carry so naturally in a room. I did not have it. I skipped my own school farewell because I could not bring myself to walk in. I cried on my first day of college, overwhelmed by nothing more than being seen.
In 2016, I became a Chartered Accountant, and for a moment I felt like I had conquered the world. I had built a career through discipline and hard numbers — a language that never asked me to be vulnerable. But numbers could not fix the part of me that still froze at the thought of being seen.
I could balance a company’s books and still not know how to sit comfortably inside my own life.
Chapter two · the turn
Then I met Rohit. He kept telling me I was capable of big things, and honestly I did not believe him. What changed was not one dramatic moment — it was a decision, and then hundreds of smaller decisions after it. I came to understand that self-acceptance has to come from within before it can truly be met by anyone else. So one day I stopped waiting to feel ready and stepped out, into my own discomfort, into rooms I would once have avoided entirely.
Chapter three · the work
That process — of learning to be brave in my own skin — eventually became the work I now spend my life helping other women do. Rohit and I got married in April 2018, and our relationship became the foundation Mind Your Love was built on. He is the Mind, I am the Love: he understands the architecture of patterns and psychology, and I understand what it actually feels like to be the woman sitting across from you.
You are not broken, and you are not too much. It took me years of small, deliberate choices to get there. It does not have to take you that long, but it does take a decision.

Mission
I help single women attract their right match through our Love Psychology Framework — without compromising on who they are or feeling anxious about it.
Values
I will not agree with you to keep the session pleasant. Warmth and directness belong together, and you deserve both.
Nothing about you needs fixing. You have been coping intelligently with something difficult.
Scripts and rules fail under pressure. We work with what is underneath so your behaviour holds on the hard days too.
What you share remains in our tribe. It won’t be shared publicly without your consent.
Philosophy
I don't believe there's a perfect man out there just waiting to be found by saying the right affirmations. I believe relationships are built by two whole people who can stay honest even when it's uncomfortable.
You can't expect a partner to complete you. A relationship isn't just a wedding day — it's thirty, forty, fifty years of building together, facing problems together, and growing together. Two half-people looking for someone to complete them will only put unrealistic emotional expectations on each other. Two complete people choosing each other make a strong team.
You can learn to feel your own pain instead of handing it to someone else to fix. You can learn to ask for what you need, directly. You can learn to sit in a room with someone and just be real, with no acting. That is why this work isn't about attracting a man. It's about becoming whole — a woman for whom real, secure love feels familiar and comfortable, not something she has to chase or prove she deserves.
Akshita's journey
A childhood of feeling little, a CA qualification in 2016, one decision to step into discomfort — and now impacting over 2000+ women.
Feeling little
Childhood
Growing up, I always felt little. Confidence, ease in a room, the sense of belonging that seemed to come naturally to others — I did not have it. It was the quiet beginning of a story I would spend years unlearning.
School years
I skipped my own school farewell, unable to bring myself to walk into that room.
First day of college
I cried, overwhelmed by nothing more than being seen. My self-belief was still at zero.
2016
I became a Chartered Accountant. For a moment I felt like I had conquered the world — but that confidence did not carry over into simply meeting people or feeling at ease in my own life.
The turn
Late 2017
He kept telling me I was capable of big things. I did not believe him — not because he was unconvincing, but because believing him meant unlearning a lifetime of doubt.
April 2018
Rohit and I got married. This became the turning point that pushed me to start questioning the story I had carried about myself for so long.
2018–2019
I made one decision, and then hundreds of smaller ones after it: to stop waiting to feel ready and step out into discomfort and vulnerability. Building an empowering relationship with myself took time, one decision and a responsive action at a time.
The work
2019
That personal transformation became the foundation for Mind Your Love, which Rohit and I built together — he as the Mind, me as the Love.
2023
We welcomed our son, Rivaansh, who has taught me more about presence and unconditional love than any framework could.
Today
I lead a significant part of our coaching work directly with women in our community, helping them see that feeling little, unsure, or not fully ready is not proof that love is not coming — only a sign that no one has handed them the tools to meet their own courageous, authentic self first.
Meet the founders

We founded Mind Your Love on one belief: a lasting relationship is built, not stumbled upon. Not found through the right affirmation, not stumbled into by luck — built, the same way anything worth having is built.
We did our own work first — separately, then together — before we built a marriage that felt calm rather than dramatic. What we learned in that process became the practice we now teach.
Between us, we bring two parts of the same practice: the emotional healing that makes secure love feel possible, and the practical clarity that makes it easy to recognize. That's why this work isn't about attracting someone. It's about feeling secure enough to choose someone — and be chosen back — from a place of wholeness, not scarcity.
