Privacy policy
This site collects as little as possible, and what it does collect is treated as confidential.
What I collect
When you use the contact form I collect your name, email address, phone number, country and the message you write. That is all. There are no hidden fields.
If you accept cookies, analytics tools also record anonymous usage data such as which pages were visited and roughly where in the world the visit came from.
Why I collect it
To reply to you, to arrange sessions, and to understand which writing on this site is useful. Nothing more.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to me, and in my email. Session notes, where I keep them, are stored separately and are never linked to marketing tools.
What I never do
I do not sell, rent or trade your information. I do not add you to a mailing list without your explicit permission. I do not quote anything you have told me without written consent.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time what I hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask me to delete it entirely. Write to hello@akshitasanghvi.com and I will action it within 30 days.
